9001 Series
FOR FLATBED AND CHASSIS APPLICATIONS
A new, lightweight version of the Hutch 9000 4-pin slider, the Hutch 9001 is designed for flatbed and intermodal chassis applications.
ABOUT
The 9001 is totally interchangeable with the 9000 4-pin slide. Depending on frame width, the 9001 can result in a weight savings of 88 to 126 lbs over the 9000 Series slider.
FEATURES
– Removable and replaceable front and rear pin cages using the Hutch EZ-PULL 2 lockpin mechanism.
– 1/2” wear pads with drain holes on fabricated hangers aid in preventing moisture retention.
– Huck® fastened rocker/hanger assembly that is virtually maintenance-free.
– Lighter-weight and higher-strength materials provide significant weight savings.
– Hutch 9700 fabricated or cast sidemount hangers.
– Totally interchangeable with the 9000 4-pin slide.
OPTIONS
Hutchens can “soft coat” or “hot dip” galvanize the 9001 for increased corrosion protection. Gross axle weight rating (G.A.W.R.) is limited to a maximum of 25,000 lbs/axle.
